Enterprise Service Plan

What does the Enterprise Service Include?

The PROCARE Enterprise service plan is relied on by many metalworking users. One of our Technical Service Engineers will visit your site on a pre-agreed frequency to carry out pH and dilution checks. These results will be recorded and displayed clearly on each machine. Any remedial actions which need to be carried out will be discussed with relevant personnel on site, and advice given where needed. The engineer will also recalibrate all automated mixers according to recommended dilution rates.
