Keep a record of every inspection and test result in one central place, all with a simple scan of a QR code – perfect for operators, engineers, or health and safety teams.
- Coolant Monitoring & Machine Cleaning: We’ll maximise the efficiency of your lubricants and coolants while ensuring all health and safety requirements are fully met.
- PROCARE Self-Serv: PROCARE Self-Serv simplifies the monitoring of soluble metalworking fluids for a limited number of machines outside our usual service area.
- Dipslide Testing: We’ll monitor your metalworking fluids for bacterial growth to support effective management, safety, and extended fluid life.
- Lubricant Analysis: This service includes routine condition monitoring (e.g., additive depletion) and full elemental analysis for troubleshooting inefficiency and contamination.
