FAQs

What is Microclean 130AL?

Microclean 130AL has been designed to remove contaminants such as oils, greases and residue from newly machined parts.

Do process cleaners have rust preventative features?

Our range of process cleaner’s offer improved corrosion protection however this is only very short-term coverage and not a specific rust preventative. We always recommend treating parts with a suitable product from our Rustguard & Microcore range post wash.

What applications are process cleaners intended for?

Our process cleaners can be used in various applications including tunnel and rotary wash systems as well as ultrasonic cleaning baths and automated tray wash systems. Always check the Technical Data Sheet for product specific applications.

What is the operating temperature for process cleaners?

Whilst our process cleaners can be used at ambient temperatures, for maximum efficiency and low foam we recommend the product is warmed. See product specific Technical Data Sheet for recommended use.
