Microclean 100-X is a multipurpose, ultra-low foaming, aqueous process cleaner and degreaser. It is specifically designed to remove heavy grease and oil in solvent-free environments. Suitable for use in both hard and soft water, Microclean 100-X contains corrosion inhibitors, providing short-term corrosion protection between operations.
This product is primarily recommended for use in large tunnel and rotary wash systems that operate at high volumes and temperatures, where a low-foaming product would be required. Microclean 100-X may also be used in other industrial cleaning applications, including ultrasonic cleaning baths and automated tray wash systems.
Ultra low-foaming.
Contains corrosion inhibitors.
Operates at high volumes and temperatures.
Maximum efficiency when used between 65℃ and 75℃.
Drying properties are enhanced when heated.

Microclean 100-X is a multipurpose aqueous cleaner, designed to remove contaminants from newly machined parts. These contaminants might include:
Just like the rest of our range of process cleaners, Microclean 100-X does offer improved corrosion protection. This is, however, only very short-term coverage and not a specific rust preventative.
We always recommend treating parts with a suitable rust preventative product from our Rustguard and Microcore ranges post-wash.
Like all of the process cleaners available from Pennine Lubricants, Microclean 100-X can be used in various applications, including:
Always be sure to check the technical data sheet for product-specific applications.
Microclean 100-X, like the rest of our process cleaners, can be used at ambient temperatures. However, for maximum efficiency and low foam, we recommend using the product heated.
See product-specific technical data sheets for more details on recommended use.
