Can Metacut AQ be used on steel and stainless steel?

While Pennine Metacut AQ is formulated primarily for free-cutting yellow metals, it can also be used for light to moderate machining of steel. Is this cutting oil safe for unattended “lights out” production?

Yes. Pennine Metacut AQ is specifically designed for sliding head machines and automated operations, offering consistent performance and long-term stability for 24-hour production.

Pennine Metacut AQ is a mineral oil-based cutting fluid with no chlorine. While standard industrial oil disposal guidelines should be followed, it does not require hazardous chemical handling.
