Pencool S800 is suitable for a wide range of applications, but is particularly suited to grinding operations where extra lubricity is required, where full synthetic coolants fail to provide adequate machine tool lubrication. The high inherent detergency within Pencool S800 helps to maintain a free and open grinding surface and gives effective flushing of fines preventing caking and blocking of coolant channels. It is particularly suited to applications in soft water areas or operations which are normally prone to foaming as it has an exceptionally low foaming potential.
