Microclean 50 is a process cleaner, designed to remove deposits of oil, dirt, grease, and grime from all metals.
Part of Pennine Lubricants’ wider range of D2 Pro products, Microclean 50 is an effective process cleaner for both ferrous and nonferrous metals. It contains a sophisticated blend of surfactants and emulsifiers, effective in temperatures ranging from 50°C up to 80°C.
A highly effective corrosion inhibitor package has also been incorporated into Microclean 50 to provide short-term protection to washed parts. The product is best used diluted with between 1% and 5% of clean water. You can also use Microclean 50 in ultrasonic baths.

Microclean 50 is primarily recommended for use in large tunnel and rotary wash systems that are operating at high volumes and temperatures where a low foaming product is required. It is suitable for temperatures ranging from 50°C up to 80°C.
