Simon Cook, Technical Service Engineer at Pennine has completed a skydive to raise money for local charity Paces Sheffield.
Paces is a fantastic charity, established in the 1990s by a small group of parents who recognised the benefits of Conductive Education for their children with cerebral palsy. Their primary focus is to help people of any age who have a condition of neurological origin that affects their physical and learning ability. Alongside this they offer support to families and carers.
On Sunday 5th November Simon took to the sky with Skydive Hibaldstow and after a few minutes taking in the Lincolnshire views at 15,000 feet, completed his mission of a tandem skydive. Watch Simon’s skydive here on our YouTube channel.
Simon’s friends, family, customers & Pennine team have got behind him and donated a fabulous amount of £1,500 which will help Paces continue the amazing work they do in the Sheffield area.
“The money donated by everyone is amazing, and I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who dug deep! I know it will go a long way in helping such a fantastic charity continue their work. I’m not sure what my next challenge will be, hopefully something on the ground!”
