Who are Waters Corporation?

Based in Longbridge, Waters Corporation are a machine shop for production of components for the mass spectrometry scientific sector.

What was the issue?

Waters Corporation was experiencing ongoing issues with frequent coolant changes across their machines. While their previous coolant performed adequately in the short term, it would quickly deteriorate, developing unpleasant odours and causing operational issues.
