Pennine’s PROCARE Fluid Management Service is designed to complement our range of metalworking fluids and support customers in optimising fluid performance. As part of this service, our intuitive Fluid Cloud platform removes the complexity from compliance while driving greater efficiency across your operation and making safety easy!

What Is PROCARE Fluid Cloud?
PROCARE Fluid Cloud is a secure, cloud-based platform that allows engineers and customers to quickly log coolant test results by machine. Visual inspections, including tramp oil levels, sump percentage, fluid appearance, and odour can be recorded with ease, alongside details of any interventions such as Bioflush additions or machine clean-outs, making organisation and life much easier!
All data is stored centrally, providing a clear, auditable record of coolant condition over time.
Key Features & Benefits:
PROCARE Fluid Cloud can be used on-site by our PROCARE Service Engineers who complete and record test results on your behalf or, alternatively can be used by you to manage your machine coolant health if you opt for Pennine’s PROCARE Self-Serv. All the data is securely stored on a cloud platform with daily backups, giving you total peace of mind.
PROCARE Fluid Cloud is a smarter way to manage coolant health, helping you improve productivity, improve machine lifetime and stay compliant with the HSE with minimal effort.
