Metalworking Fluids
The Pennine Metalworking Fluids portfolio consists of a range
of products that are constantly evolving to satisfy the ever
increasing demands placed on the manufacturing industry with
regards to in use performance, product life and operator safety.
This is complemented by an after sales support service which
is second to none ensuring that products perform to their optimum
efficiency ensuring our clients maximum productivity. By discussing
clients specific requirements and processes in detail allows
us to offer or formulate a product to optimise efficiency. A
range of in service monitoring programmes are offered including
tests for dilution, pH, tramp oil contamination and more recently
dip-slide culture testing in accordance with HSE recommendations.
Through working hand in hand with our clients we offer the potential
to increase tool life, improve surface finish, reduce costs and
maximise coolant sump life.
The range has two main categories:
 Water-mix
Fluids
Through our in house expertise Pennine have developed a range
of water mix metalworking fluids suitable for the most arduous
machining operations using state of the art additive chemistry.
Products include a range of high oil content and semi-synthetic
emulsions and fully synthetic solutions.
Most of the products within our range of water mix fluids
are classed as "label-free" ensuring maximum operator
health and safety benefits and significantly reducing the risk
of skin irritation issues.
Neat Metalworking Fluids.
 Our range of neat metal removal fluids
comprises of products designed for applications including, general
machining, deep hole boring, gear cutting and sawing to the most
delicate precision grinding applications. Many products within
the range have been designed to meet individual client application
requirements and utilise the very latest additive technology
leading to increased efficiency, improved surface finish and
reduced consumption. Incorporated into the range are hand-applied
products suitable for Reaming, Tapping and Drilling applications.
Corrosion Preventatives.
 Pennine
Rustguard products are an extensive range of de-watering fluids
and corrosion preventatives providing protection of metal for
periods from 1 week to 2 years +. The range includes products
that will leave, oily, greasy and waxy type films and are suitable
for applications by means of; spraying, brushing and dipping
to suit a variety of needs.

Pennine Lubricants has formed a unique partnership with Quaker
Chemical, a brand recognised globally for producing class leading
Metalworking Fluids.
The Quaker product portfolio consists of a full matrix of
Rolls Royce Approved, label free, water-soluble coolants designed
around quality, performance and safety. Our unique partnership
with Quaker allows us to offer our clients globally acclaimed
products coupled with an intimate, tailor made service that is
only available from a local company.

 To compliment
this range of quality Metalworking Lubricants we also
stock a comprehensive range of maintenance lubricants
in convenient use aerosol form.
Lubrication Equipment
 A full range of
lubrication equipment is available from us for use with these
Metalworking Fluids. From simple oil measures and transfer pumps
