Industrial Lubricants
The Pennine industrial range boasts a comprehensive portfolio
of products used throughout industry. The grades meet the requirements
of original equipment manufacturers & international standards
where applicable whilst many grades are formulated to meet individual
application requirements and are formulated to carter for specific
customer needs.
The core range of our industrial lubricants includes.
Hydraulic Oils - Including conventional triple inhibited
mineral oils, high viscosity index (HVI) formulations, Zinc Free
variants and fire resistant fluids.
Gear Oils - A comprehensive range of industrial gear
lubricants including; mineral EP and non-EP products and synthetic
formulations manufactured from polyalphaolefin and poly glycol
base oils.
Compressor Oils - Suitable for use in screw, piston
and vane type compressors. Conventional and extended drain mineral
and synthetic formulations in a range of viscosities.
Slideway Oils - Multifunctional machine tool lubricants
incorporating lubricity and "tackiness" additives to
reduce stick slip and table judder. Suitable for grade rationalisation
in certain applications.
Machine Oils - Straight lubricating
oils suitable for applications where non-additive treated
oils are specified particularly in older machine tools.
Other products within the range include: airline oils,
mould release oils, brick oils, spark erosion fluids (EDM),
heat transfer oils, chain lubricants, transformer oil,
rust preventatives and quenching oils.

Pennine Lubricants has formed a unique partnership with Quaker
Chemical, a brand recognised globally for producing class leading
fire resistant hydraulic fluids.
 The
Quaker Quintolubric 888 series product portfolio consists of
a full matrix of Factory Mutual Approved, synthetic, fire resistant,
biodegradable hydraulic fluids that offer a safe alternative
to mineral oils without having a detrimental effect on performance.
Our unique partnership with Quaker allows us to offer our clients
globally acclaimed products coupled with an intimate, tailor
made service that is only available from a local company.
